General Information

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between daji88 ("Company", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). daji88 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using daji88.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date of any changes noted.

1.1 Scope of the Platform

Services covered by the daji88 platform include: online slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other related gaming activities. These Terms apply to all such services.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use daji88 services, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above.
  • Online gaming must be lawful in the country or region where you reside.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract as a valid individual.
  • Operating your account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.1 Age Verification

daji88 may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account termination and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration

A personal account is required to access the full services on daji88. Please keep the following in mind when registering:

  • Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure. Login credentials must not be shared with third parties.
  • Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.
  • If any information provided at registration changes, update your account as soon as possible.

3.1 Verification Process (KYC)

Where required, daji88 may verify a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of current address, and ownership of your payment method as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to submit this information may delay transactions or withdrawals.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on daji88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
  • After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to your account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit.
  • Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. Any tax or duty obligations are entirely the responsibility of the user. daji88 does not provide any advice regarding personal income tax.

Bonuses and Promotions

daji88 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms that the user must read carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you can withdraw after placing ৳10,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The daji88 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Advancement to higher tiers is based on regular activity and contribution to the platform.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting and playing games on daji88.

6.1 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting category. These limits will be clearly displayed in the game interface. Where applicable, limits may vary according to VIP tier.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a verifiable and impartial random number generator (RNG). daji88 is committed to ensuring fair play. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be voided and funds will be returned.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have an objection to any game or betting result, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the result being published. Complaints made after this period may not be accepted. The Company's decision will be considered final.

6.4 System Errors

The Company is not liable for any erroneous games, bets, or payouts arising from software or hardware issues. In such situations, the Company reserves the right to correct or void the relevant transactions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the daji88 platform. Violation of these rules may result in account termination as well as legal action.

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Abusing or manipulating bonus benefits.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
  • Playing games using automated bots or software.
  • Using or attempting to steal another user's account credentials.
  • Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
  • Misconduct toward or threatening Company staff.
  • Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or technical errors.

Intellectual Property

All content on the daji88 platform — including designs, graphics, logos, software, text, images, and other materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or licensed assets.

Users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written consent from the Company is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, daji88 is not liable for the following:

  • Games or betting being interrupted due to internet disconnection.
  • Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
  • Delays caused by system outages at third-party payment providers.
  • Data loss resulting from unexpected technical errors or cyber attacks.
  • Any personal financial loss arising from the user's gaming activity.

daji88 provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. However, we always make every effort to resolve any issues promptly.

Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. All withdrawable funds should be withdrawn before closing your account.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by the Company

daji88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Evidence of providing false information or fraud.
  • Detection of suspicious money laundering activity.
  • Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system errors.
  • In accordance with directives from a regulatory authority.

If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, any accumulated bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

For significant changes, we will try to send a notice to the registered email address. However, it is the user's responsibility to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
